I'm here to listen, explore, and empower
I operate from an attachment lens and the belief that the need for attachment, connection, belonging, and acceptance is an ever-present, often-overlooked driver in our lives. Unmet attachment needs - whether past or present - can profoundly impact mood, self-esteem, and, of course, our relationships with others. I utilize a multiculturally sensitive, integrative approach to help individuals and couples gain insight into attachment needs, better communicate those needs with partners and loved ones, recognize and change unhealthy patterns and dynamics, and practice self-love.
I also specialize in working with individuals and couples at every stage of the journey to parenthood, including the ups and downs of family planning and fertility, adapting to the addition of a new child into the family system, and managing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Other areas of interest and expertise include finding work/life balance; POC navigating the racial, social, and familial pressures of professional spaces; LGBTQIA+ issues; mindfulness; the Quarter-Life Crisis (issues of emerging adulthood); general life-transitions; parents of medically complex little ones; Depression; and Anxiety Disorders.
